Eula Hall Health Center, formerly known as the Mud Creek Clinic, is located at 7629 Eula Hall Highway, Grethel, KY 41631.
The Eula Hall Health Center opened in 1973 as the Mud Creek Clinic. It was founded by nationally known Appalachian healthcare and social justice advocate Eula Hall. The current clinic offers a range of services to patients, including family medicine, pediatrics, behavioral health, dental, vision, pharmacy, x-ray, and laboratory services. Mud Creek Clinic merged with Big Sandy Health Care in 1977. The clinic employs more than 40 people and facilitates about 1,500 patient visits per month.
